Imagine it then make it – in realistic 3D!

Being able to imagine an object and then actually creating it with 3D software is extremely exciting and the possibilities truly limited only by one’s imagination.

Imaginary object C2YP powder coated in highly visible safety orange.

Imaginary object Q1076/Rev4 with chrome plated high tensile steel spring section.

Triple anodised, stainless steel container full of a very volatile, high octane ingredient.

Perfectly spherical brushed aluminium, remote controlled special unit containment device.

Finally, a collection of some imagined objects in an outdoor, sunlit setting. When this render was completed, I couldn’t believe the incredibly realistic result.

Experiments in 3D while in Paris

As I expected, Paris is full of many beautiful things and inspiring art galleries from the Louvre to more contemporary spaces such as Denis Rene Gallerie and after a hard days walk visiting them all, I spend time learning how to create my own contraptions using 3D software. If you’re interested, visit my new gallery site or for more moving examples, have a look at the animated versions.
